New Features/Enhancements

  • Zebra Browser Print labels: When using the new Zebra Browser Print feature, our four supported label sizes are now designed to resize automatically to accommodate the length of their content (click here for more information). CLD-12496
  • Advanced inventory rights: To make the new configuration of employee roles even more intuitive, the eCom permission is now located in its own section (click here for more information).CLD-12991
  • Payment Summary: All merchants using the Dejavoo terminal can now see a Payment Summary section in their reports which provides details on their credit card payments. CLD-12709

Bug Fixes

  • Sorting items by category: When sorting items in the Quick Edit Items section by category, the categories are not in alphabetical order. This is issue is now fixed. CLD-12895
  • Purchase order import sample file: When clicking Sample PO Import CSV file in the Import section of a purchase order, you are brought to a page with an error message. This issue is now fixed.
  • Cash rounding charge: When processing certain sales, a Cash Rounding charge of 0$ is added. This issue is now fixed. CLD-12810
  • Select All checkbox: When deselecting the Select All checkbox anywhere in Lightspeed Retail, it doesn’t deselect all the checkboxes from the list. This is issue now fixed. CLD-12796

Lightspeed Retail with eCom

This release includes robust features and enhancements to help you focus on growing your online business.

If you are a new eCom customer, you can now benefit from some awesome time saving features to get you selling online. And if you are an existing eCom customer, we haven’t forgotten about you. We are giving you a taste of the true omnichannel experience by allowing you to push all inventory item types to your eCom store.

New Features/Enhancements

  • Publish to eCom: As an omnichannel merchant, you can now publish any item types to your eCom store. These item types include singles, boxes, assemblies, non-inventory items and items marked as serialized. CLD-12308 EMID-913 EMID-673 EMID-672 
  • eCom store installation: As a Retail merchant who is installing an eCom store for the first time:
    • your company information in Retail will now push to your eCom store (click here for more information).EMID-965
    • your Retail store currency will carry over to your eCom store. This includes scenarios where the location of a reseller’s Retail account may differ from their currency setting. EMID-1006

Bug Fixes

  • Merging categories: Merging categories in Retail would not update all affected products in eCom. This issue now fixed. CLD-8353
