Feature Enhancement
- Saving customer emails: Saving customer email addresses is important to our merchants not only to offer ecological email receipts but for their customer-centric marketing strategies as well. With these needs in mind, we’ve developed a Save changes to customer email checkbox that allows you to update a customer account when you email them a receipt (click here for more information).
Bug Fixes
- Auto-selecting payment type amounts: When selecting a payment type during a sale, the amount field is not auto-selecting to help merchants edit its value faster. This is now fixed.
- Zero priced items and cursor: When adding multiple items with a 0 default price to a sale, the cursor jumps between the Price field of each line item in an endless loop. This is now fixed.
- Received purchase order items: When receiving items on a purchase order, the quantity of labels added to the label queue in Inventory > Print Labels also includes the quantity of stock that was previously received. This is now fixed.
Lightspeed Retail with eCom
Bug Fix
- Allow backorders setting: When publishing a new Retail item to eCom, the Allow backorders setting enabled in Settings > Workflow of the eCom back office is not applied to the new eCom product’s online details. This is now fixed.
