General Terms of the Promotion.
1. This promotion (“Promotion”) is offered (i) for K-Series by Lightspeed Commerce Inc, 700 St-Antoine E, Suite 300, Montreal, QC H2Y 1A6, Canada, and (ii) for O-Series by Kounta Pty Ltd (ABN: 38160947384), Level 1/17 Eveleigh Street, Chippendale, NSW 2008, Australia (each “Lightspeed” as the case may be and together, “Lightspeed”). It only applies to new or prospective Lightspeed customers located in Australia who complete a demo for Lightspeed Restaurant K-Series or Lightspeed Restaurant O-Series, between September 9, 2024 and September 30, 2024 (“Eligible Customers”). Eligibility for the promotion shall be at Lightspeed’s sole discretion.
2. Subject to these terms and conditions, Eligible Customers will be entered into the draw to win one of the following prizes (the “Prize”):
i. 1 x 10th generation Apple iPad (1 available)
ii. 1 x $200 Good Food Gift card (5 available)
iii. 1 x Famous Four cocktail set by Everleigh Bottling Co (10 available)
3. The Promotion is subject to (i) the demo taking place with a Lightspeed Sales representative via Zoom between September 9 and September 30, 2024, (ii) the prospect having an Australian shipping address for the prize, and (iii) only one entry per Eligible Customer.
4. Prize winners will be selected randomly from all entries received and will be notified by email on October 7, 2024 if they are a winner. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received in accordance with these terms.
5. The Promotion (i) does not apply to any other hardware, software or services purchased or subscribed to by an Eligible Customer; (ii) cannot be combined with any other Lightspeed offers or discounts and (iii) is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
6. To the extent permitted by law, Lightspeed, its Affiliates, such party’s agents, directors, officers, employees, representatives, consultants and advisors shall not be liable for any claims, damages, injuries, costs and expenses suffered, sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential) as a result of, arising out of, or in any way connected with this Promotion.
7. Lightspeed may extend, change, suspend or terminate this Promotion or modify its terms at any time.
